Dear Parents
Assalamu Alaikum Wr Wbr
As you know, our Madrasah is self funding from the fees collected.
However, we have a substantial backlog of unpaid fees from Jan to July this 2024.
This could be due to Parents who could afford to pay but overlooked payment of fees or were unfamiliar with the online payment system and so have not paid. We appeal to Parents who can afford to pay to clear the outstanding fees from Jan to July when submitting continuation forms.
We also understand that some Parents are unable to clear arrears because of extraordinary financial difficulties.
We are arranging for special slots for these Parents on 31st August 2024.
Our Student Welfare Officers will be present to assist you. We urge you to please come forward and discuss with us so we could assist you. We do not want any student to be deprived of Islamic Education because of financial difficulty.
For those who could afford to pay fees and want to submit continuation forms, please book your slots under Section 1. (17 to 26 August)

If your child was absent when we gave out the Continuation form, you could collect it
when you come for your time slot.

1) Whom do I submit the continuation form?
You must submit only at the EMAK Fees Counter (4th Floor) together with January fees for next year. If you submit to anyone else and we do not receive the Continuation Form, it will be considered as having not submitted.
2) What is the confirmation that I have submitted the Continuation Form?
If you have submitted the Confirmation Form, you will get Receipt for January Fees. This is confirmation that you have submitted the Continuation Form. The name of the issuer on the receipt must be someone from EMAK fees counter.
3) Do I have to submit the Continuation Form if I am under Financial Assistance?
Yes, you still have to submit.
4) Do I have to submit the Continuation Form if my child is not continuing next year?
Yes, that way we will consider your child as discontinued and if your child re-applies in the future, your child can still join under Phase 3C.
