Dear Parents,
Assalamualaikum Wr. Wbr.
We hope this reaches you in the best of health and Iman, insha Allah. Please read through this entire announcement.
We will be starting all classes this weekend on 10th/11th January. All classes will be conducted at Al-Khair Mosque. Insha Allah.
Saturday classes start on 10th Jan.
Sunday classes start on 11th Jan.
Please see the table below and report accordingly to the designated place.
Where to Report on the First Day
Please take note of the following:
Only students who are feeling well shall report for lessons. Students are required to take their temperature and must only report if their temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsuis and below. If they are having flu-like symptoms such as runny nose, cough and breathlessness, they are advised to stay at home and seek medical attention.
If your child is sick and is unable to attend madrasah lessons at Al-Khair, kindly apply for leave immediately and state the reason for applying leave.
As there are no cafe/canteen operations at the mosque, students are advised to have their meals before attending madrasah. Students of Class 1 to 8, are encouraged to bring some healthy snacks to be consumed during snack time. Please remind your children to drink plain water and bring along their water bottles for snack break. Students are not to bring canned drinks into the classroom.
For classes 9 to 14, we will Insya Allah provide dinner. They are advised to bring plain water for themselves. Please do not bring canned drinks into the classrooms.
Solat will be incorporated into lessons gradually for Class 1 to 4 in the year. Students from Class 5 to 8 will be praying in the classrooms for Term 1 and gradually join in with the mosque congregation for the Asar Solat sessions. All students from Class 9 to 14 will join the mosque congregation for Maghrib and Ishak, Insha Allah from 1st Day of madrasah onwards.
Students are advised to bring their own prayer garments and mats.
Students of Class 1 to 8 are required to bring a shoe bag / big ziploc bag to keep their footwear and bring it along with them to the classrooms. We do not want the Dismissal Area to be congested with students searching for their footwear at the shoe racks placed at the side of the mosque.
All parents who are fetching their children are requested to be punctual to pick up their children.
