Madrasah Closed - Reopens 10/11 Jan 2026

Dear Parents

This is to inform you that madrasah lessons ended last week. 

All classes are closed from 22/23 Nov.

Only the following graduating classes are coming on 22 Nov for Graduation rehearsal: 

Emerging Muslims      4A, 4B 

Engaging Muslims      8A, 8B

Empowering Muslims 14A, 14B 

Madrasah will reopen Insha Allah on 10/11 Jan 2026. 

Please check this website on 25 December for details of Book and Uniform Sales Dates.

For those who have not completed fees payment till Oct  please make payment online at alkhair.sg

Confirmation of Places

Places are, in principle, confirmed for all who have submitted the Continuation form and paid  Jan 2026 fees.

We will be sending out an SMS informing parents of your child’s class and class timings on 2nd January.
This SMS serves as the confirmation that your child has secured a place in the Madrasah. Parents will only receive this SMS if you have completed full payment of any outstanding fees or if in financial difficulty and have submitted all required documents.

Parents are advised to pay any outstanding fees as soon as possible by 31st December 2025.

If you are in financial difficulty and are unable to complete payment of fees, kindly send an email and attach the following documents stated below to Sister Syeda at syeda.emak@gmail.com by 31st December 2025. We will be able to help with partial fees payment on a case-to-case basis. 

Documents needed for submission

1. Name of child and class.

2. All working persons payslip or cpf statement.

3. Any medical issues documents.

4. Any debt recovery documents.

We will be able to help with partial fees payment with contributions from our EMAK Trust fund.

As this is from donors, only children who have an attendance of more than 75% will be considered for financial assistance from this scheme.

Please note that if full fees payment is not completed or if Financial Assistance Documents are not received by 31st December, we regret to inform you that your child's place may not be confirmed.
